Case report of osteoarthritis of talonavicular joint
Keywords:

This article discussed the case of a 59-year-old Caucasian male patient who presented with pain in the talonavicular joint. A possible case of talonavicular coalition, Müller-Weiss disease, or talonavicular osteoarthritis was suspected. Physical and radiographic examinations revealed severe osteoarthritic degenerative changes in the midfoot. Based on the patient's history, long walks, and marked flat feet, the patient was diagnosed with talonavicular osteoarthritis. Given the painful clinical presentation, the patient underwent surgical treatment with talonavicular arthrodesis eight years ago. He is currently asymptomatic.
