Luxación congénita de la cabeza radial bilateral en un paciente con hombro doloroso

La luxación congénita de la cabeza radial se presenta aislada o asociada a otras anomalías congénitas. Los criterios radiológicos precisos y su carácter familiar la distinguen de la luxación traumática. Se considera la patología congénita más frecuente del codo en el niño. Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 21 años con luxación congénita de codo, variedad posterior y bilateral, asintomático y con buena función articular, sin otras anomalías congénitas asociadas ni antecedentes familiares. Se manejó de manera conservadora con una evolución benigna.
