About the Journal

The Cuban Journal of Orthopedics and Traumatology is the official scientific publication of the Cuban Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (SCOT). Founded in 1933 by Dr. Alberto Inclán Costa, the journal's mission is to contribute to the development of science and disseminate the latest knowledge related to traumatology and orthopedics through the selection, evaluation, and publication of scientific articles of proven quality, novelty, and relevance.

It applies a continuous publication policy and is circulated electronically in PDF format, in Spanish and English.

This journal DOES NOT APPLY publication fees at any stage of the editorial process.
